"Before, my consistency was just being a mom and keeping the kids alive. I never realized  how important it was to have the energy to teach my children what healthy looks like and feels  like. This 3-day course changed my life. It didn’t make me lose 100 pounds instantly or  become the best version of myself overnight yet it did help me to focus on my mental and  physical health. I now prioritize myself as I would my children’s health."

"I just wanted to thank you, not only for this course but the journaling one too. I’m feeling  more like myself than I have in two decades. I still have lots of work to do, but less than one  week and I’m feeling like I can heal. So, thank you!"

- NATALEE

"I loved the last three days. It truly made me think about what I was going to eat, what I was  eating, and how it was making me feel. I’ve never thought or paid much attention to how the  food I was eating was making me feel or how I felt afterwards. This is a huge game changer for  me! I want… no, I need more please!"

Hey, I'm Raina

Throughout my 20’s, food was a naughty word. I used it to celebrate, reward, punish, and hide, depending on what I was going through that year. Because I never had a healthy relationship with food, it naturally took over my thoughts. I was a master Pinterest-meal planner and had every tool needed to gain healthier habits, meanwhile, I’d binge at night and dwell on it for weeks.

I was that mom who would put the kids to bed and immediately pour a heaping bowl of cereal. I’d stand at the window, shoving spoonfuls into my mouth, hurrying to finish before my husband would get home from his own binger. It was almost a game to see how much I could eat before he pulled into the driveway. I’d load my pockets with laxatives the next morning before I left for work, full of guilt and anger for what I did the night before.

There’s a different kind of freedom that comes from realizing food isn’t the enemy.
