• Two twins or king temperpedic style mattresses (twins put together to form the king) with luxury bamboo sheets
• Set of twin bunk beds with temperpedic style mattresses with luxury bamboo sheets (top bunk maximum weight is 200 lbs) 
• Futon twin sleeper/sofa with extra bedding
• Small fridge
• Sound machine
• Ensuite bathroom that is fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryer
• Fluffy robes 
• Porch
